Can I return my order?
All unworn items, except for discounted archive and personalized pieces (e.g., Embroidered Gabrielle Shawl with a name), may be returned or exchanged.
To request a return or exchange, please email info@wehve.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Name on the order
- The email address used to place the order
- Reason for return
Upon receipt of your request, we will provide a return label. Only returns with the provided shipping label will be accepted. Returns with any other label will be refused upon arrival.
WEHVE has a 5-day claim policy. Any claim regarding product delivery must be submitted within 5 calendar days following product delivery. The items must be in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.). If a return is not claimed within 5 days, it will not be accepted.
Returns must be shipped back within 14 days after receiving the return label. If not, the return will not be accepted or refunded.
If the return is shipped from an address different from the original shipping address, additional fees may apply.
Can I ask for a refund?
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping charges and duties are non-refundable. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered in any way. In such cases, you may opt to have the item(s) sent back to you at your expense.
What are the return charges?
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any other expenses.
Shipping charges:
- EU: €25
- Outside the EU: €35
Return handling fees (deducted from your refund):
- Belgium & EU: €15
- Outside the EU: €40
When returning from outside the EU, an additional DHL Express administrative fee of €47 will be deducted from your refund.
How to exchange an item?
To exchange an item, you must first return the original item and place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item according to our returns policy.
Please note, returns cannot be processed before delivery has taken place.
What if I refuse my delivery from DHL?
If you refuse a DHL Express delivery, any incurred costs will be deducted from your refund.
