TERMS OF SERVICE
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you will love your WEHVE piece.
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- Personalized items
- Made-to-order embroidered items, including pieces embroidered specifically following receipt of your order
To request a return, please email info@wehve.com within 5 days of delivery, including:
- Order number
- Name on the order
- Email address used to place the order
- Reason for return
Once your return has been approved, we will provide a return shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the return label. Returns shipped after this period may not be accepted.
Return Costs
The following amounts will be deducted from your refund:
EU Returns
- Return shipping contribution: €25
- Return handling fee: €15
Non-EU Returns
- Actual DHL Express return shipping charges
- Return handling fee: €15
Additional Charges
Any duties, taxes, customs charges, or administrative fees incurred when receiving the returned item will also be deducted from the refund.
For returns from the United States, DHL Express currently charges an additional administrative import fee of €47, which will be deducted from the refund.
If a return is shipped from an address different from the original shipping address, additional charges may apply.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs charges, return shipping charges, return handling fees, and any DHL administrative fees are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
WEHVE reserves the right to refuse a refund if an item has been worn, altered, damaged, washed, or returned in a condition different from that in which it was received. In such cases, the item may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order. Once the returned item has been received and approved, a refund will be issued in accordance with the policy above.
Please note that exchanges and returns cannot be processed before delivery has taken place.
Refused Deliveries and Order Cancellations
If you refuse a DHL Express delivery or cancel an order after it has been shipped, all shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs charges, return shipping costs, handling fees, and any other charges incurred by WEHVE will be deducted from your refund.
PRIVACY POLICY
Data privacy is of high importance for us at WEHVE. We want to be open and transparent with our processing of your personal data. We therefore have a policy setting out how your personal data will be processed and protected.
Why do we use your personal data?
We will use your personal data to send you marketing offers, information surveys and invitations through e-mails. In order to optimize your experience of WEHVE, we will provide you with relevant information, recommend products, send you reminders of products left in your shopping bag and send you personalized offers. All these great services are based on your previous purchases, what you have clicked on and information you have submitted to us.
What types of personal data do we process?
We will process following categories of personal data * contact information such as e-mail address, telephone number and postal code * what products and offers you have clicked on If you have a WEHVE account we will also process your personal data submitted in relation to the account and membership such as * name * address * shopping history * how you navigated and clicked on the site
Who has access to your personal data? We never pass on, sell or swap your data for marketing purposes to third parties outside the WEHVE brand.
What is the legal ground to process your personal data? The processing of your personal data is based on your consent when you agree to direct marketing.
What are your rights ?
Right to access: You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold on you at any time. You can contact WEHVE and we will provide you with your personal data via e-mail.
Right to portability: Whenever WEHVE processes your personal data by automated means based on your consent or based on an agreement you have the right to get a copy of your data transferred to you or to another party. This only includes the personal data you have submitted to us.
Right to rectification: You have the right to request rectification of your personal data if they are incorrect, including the right to have incomplete personal data completed. If you have a WEHVE account you can edit your personal data under your account and membership pages.
Right to erasure: You have the right to erase any personal data processed by WEHVE at any time.
Right to object to direct marketing: You have the right to object to direct marketing, including profiling analysis made for direct marketing purposes. You can opt out from direct marketing by the following means: *following the instruction in each marketing mails
How long do we save your data?
We will keep your data for direct marketing until you withdraw your consent.
COOKIE POLICY
A cookie is a small text file that is saved to, and, during subsequent visits, retrieved from your computer or mobile device. If you use our services, we will assume that you agree to the use of such cookie.
How do we use cookies?
We use permanent cookies to store your account page and to store your details if you select another start page or "Remember me" when you log in.
We use cookies to collect statistics and user data in aggregate and individual form in analysis tools to optimize our site and to present you with relevant marketing material.
