Handcrafted by artisans in Gujarat, each dress is individually clamp-dyed, making every piece unique. It is made from matka silk, a rare, handwoven silk with a subtly textured, dry handfeel that recalls fine linen, yet carries the depth and quiet richness of silk.
The silk is spun from fibres only after the silkworm has naturally completed its life cycle, a slower, more considered approach that gives the fabric its distinctive character and irregular beauty.
